ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order

Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders containing buttons, postcards, and/or keychains will automatically include a USPS tracking number.

For orders that contain only stickers, they are typically shipped via postage stamp and do not come with a tracking number by default. However, if you’d like to track your sticker order, you can choose to pay an additional fee at checkout for a USPS tracking number!

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping! If there are any questions regarding international shipping, send us an email to sev7ngoods.co@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @sev7ngoods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order or an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a full refund.

To request a refund for damaged items, you must email us within one week of the product arriving at your destination. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • Your full name

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days. Emails received after one week will not be eligible for a refund, with no exceptions. If you have any other questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us!

POP-UP EVENTS

We host pop-up events 1-2 times a month during the college season, as both of our owners are students. During the summer break and holiday seasons, like Halloween, Black Friday, and the December holidays, our pop-ups increase to 2-4 times a month.

We primarily hold pop-up events in Southern California, including locations like Los Angeles, Irvine, Fullerton, San Diego, and more!
